Information you provide

Our booking form collects your first and last name, phone number, email address, and appointment details. You may optionally provide additional information. Our website inquiry widget collects your name, phone number, email address, and message. When you email us, we receive your email address and whatever information you include. We also maintain relevant communications and communication preferences.

Please keep initial inquiries brief. Do not send payment-card details, identity documents, medical records, or other highly sensitive information through ordinary inquiry or booking fields.

How information is used

We use this information to respond to inquiries, arrange and manage appointments, communicate about requested services, maintain relevant records, operate the website, and meet applicable legal obligations.

Providing a phone number does not by itself authorize promotional text messages. Any text-message consent is collected separately.

Service providers and technical information

We use HighLevel/LeadConnector technology for website and booking functions, contact management, and website and booking analytics. These tools process page-view and booking-view activity and use cookies and local storage containing visitor/session identifiers and session history. Our email providers process messages needed to communicate with you. These providers receive information needed to perform those functions. See HighLevel’s Privacy Policy.

Our site also uses these services:

  • Cloudflare Web Analytics provides website traffic and performance measurements. Cloudflare states that this service does not use cookies or local storage for analytics and does not track individual visitors across its customers’ websites.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile protects the booking flow against automated abuse. It processes technical signals about the connection, browser, and device for that security purpose. See Cloudflare’s Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
  • Unsplash supplies some website imagery; loading those images sends connection/request information to its image servers.
  • Google Fonts supplies website fonts. Requests to Google’s servers disclose connection information, including your IP address, needed to deliver those resources. See Google’s Privacy Policy.

Our hosting, booking, and other technical providers may process IP addresses, browser/device information, and request or usage records to deliver, maintain, and protect their services. This policy describes our use of these tools; it does not mean that every service has identical data practices.

We may disclose information when legally required or reasonably necessary to protect legal rights or address misuse or security issues.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Cookies and browser controls

The website and booking flow use cookies and local storage for functionality, visitor/session recognition, analytics, and security. HighLevel/LeadConnector processes website statistics and session-attribution information, including activity when the booking page is viewed. Cloudflare security cookies also support abuse prevention. Cloudflare Web Analytics’ cookie-free design does not mean that the website as a whole is cookie-free.

You can manage cookies and browser storage through your browser settings. Blocking or clearing them may affect website or booking features.

This website has no site-specific setting configured to change its collection practices in response to browser Do Not Track signals. Third-party services embedded in the site may process information under their own privacy policies, including information from their interactions with you on other websites. Browser controls can limit cookies and storage but may not stop every technical request needed to load the site.

Retention and security

We retain inquiry and appointment information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you, provide requested services, maintain appropriate records, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes. Relevant factors include whether our relationship is ongoing, when we last interacted, the nature of the information, and any applicable recordkeeping requirements. Records needed to respect communication opt-outs or demonstrate messaging consent may be retained separately.

No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please avoid sending sensitive details through ordinary email or website inquiries.

Your choices and requests

Some information may need to be retained where required or permitted by law. We will handle requests in accordance with applicable law.

Requesting to stop communications does not prevent us from keeping records needed to honor that request or meet legal obligations.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
